I got several quotes from local removal companies but Whites Removals provided the most professional and prompt quote. On the day of the move (4 April 2014) the removal men turned up on time and had loaded their van ahead of schedule. They took the worry out of the move and although we were only moving a couple of miles away they had completed the job by early afternoon, leaving us free to unpack and settle in. Other removal firms ask for cash payment, but Whites offer other payment methods. I would definately recommend Whites Removals and when we move again we will certainly use Whites again. .

We would thoroughly recommend Luke and James at Whites.The service was faultless. Moving can be very stressful, and these guys made it as easy and painless as possible.
They did a full packing and moving service for us, to 2 locations in Norfolk, from Birmingham. They also help move some items of furniture to relatives, locally.

Due to date changes from buyers, we only had 3 days notice of move, but Luke's guys came the day I called and started packing, and then took 50% of our house to storage in Norwich. They then returned 2 days later, on our moving date, and moved us up to North Norfolk. Totally hassle free. They where all very polite, careful with our belongings, and very tidy.
We're so glad we used Whites, you will be too.

I cannot thank everyone at Whites Removals enough for the extraordinary service I received from everyone concerned -- Lee Walker for a very professional initial visit & valuation, Luke and Jamie Kitchen for their calm and reassuring handling of a highly stressed and nervous mover (myself!) and especially Daniel, Richard and Darren who did a simply fantastic job of packing my stuff and moving me out of my Birmingham house and, 48 hrs later, moving me into my Torquay flat. The 3 of them worked extremely hard and with great humour and goodwill. They completely removed all the stress from the process and I cannot recommend them highly enough. THANK

I was very nervous about appointing a removals firm and I had several quotations of various amounts before Luke Kitchen came to see me. He was very calm and professional in his approach which put me at ease. I used Whites firstly to move furniture to Sheffield to my daughter's new flat which went very well. This was at a cost of £465 to deliver a small van load with 2 flights of stairs waiting for them the other end! Then a few weeks later for a packing and removal service to move the rest of my household items into my new house. I didn't get a confirmed moving date until a few days before we moved but Luke did pencil me in just in case for those dates. I didn't return from holiday until the day before and they were already hard at work packing when I got back with the actual move the next day. I would just like to add that this was a downsizing exercise for my family. We didn't downsize our furniture and other items enough and this was clear when we got to our new home. The team who moved us were outstanding in their approach to what turned out to be a difficult situation of fitting all of our items in to a smaller house. They were organised and got on with the job in a very efficient but caring way in what turned out to be a difficult situation of finding where to put things when there was no where left to put them. I can't thank them enough and their patience and happy disposition helped me to cope. As far as after sales care, whenever I have asked them to collect boxes, they have turned up to collect when they say they will. I can look back at my move knowing that the removals part of it went as smoothly as it could, and I have no hesitation to recommend Whites to anyone looking for a removals company.
